GMV’s ATM cyberfraud solutions in London

ATM Security 2015 is Europe’s most important ATM security and fraud congress, now clocking up its 15th year, once more with the participation of GMV and other major security companies.

In 2014 this event attracted about 400 delegates from 43 different countries; the turnout this year was similar, making this a truly global event. The congress, held in London’s Park Plaza Victoria Hotel, was organized around a two-day speaker program on 13 and 14 October, including case-studies addressing a full-range of ATM security and fraud issues. The congress also ran an exhibition area displaying many of the latest ATM technology solutions, such as GMV’s inhouse product checker ATM Security.

The turnout this year included many of the biggest banking companies like ING, Santander, Bank of Ireland, Barclays, BIN Bank, CaixaBank, Danske Bank, Finansbank, Sainsbury’s bank, etc. The congress gave all of them the chance to meet other industry experts, discuss hot new topics and exchange information and views, in a friendly and professional environment that favored the striking up of fruitful commercial relationships.

On show at the congress was checker ATM Security, GMV’s inhouse security system for financial self-service systems. For the last ten years this market leader has been protecting nearly 90,000 ATMs in over 15 different countries around the world. It is considered to be the world’s first security product especially designed to protect financial self-service systems.
