La Paz University Hospital and Bellvitge University Hospital also shared their clinical assessment and discussed the tool’s potential impact on healthcare practice.SEPI-IA is part of a Pre-Commercial Public Procurement initiative led by the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and funded through the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and the NextGenerationEU program. The project addresses a growing need within Spain’s national health system: the need for tools that can predict the progression of diffuse interstitial lung diseases (DILDs), complex conditions where progression can vary significantly among patients.
