Our Diversity and Equality Actions Since 2018, GMV has collaborated with the Adecco Foundation to promote hiring people with disabilities, as well as to improve workstation accessibility. We participate in the STEM Talent Girl initiative, highlighting the need to achieve balance between women and men in scientific and technological education. GMV complies with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child and the agreements and recommendations of the International Labour Organization (ILO). GMV has renewed its signature on the Diversity Charter in 2023, continuing its commitment to this code, which is part of the anti-discrimination directives promoted by the European Commission to support, promote and extend diversity and non-discrimination. GMV has been collaborating with the special employment center, Fundación Prodis, for years, promoting the integration of people with disabilities.
