- Corrective Maintenance : Provision and installation of software delivery for the repair of non-critical operating failures for proprietary software (minor failures), covered or not by the specifications and detected by the client or by GMV. This maintenance service only takes care of failures detected in software developed by GMV. If the failure of the system is the result of issues with the hardware or third-party software, the resolution of the problem will be the responsibility of the centralized management services of the respective hardware and third-party software maintenance services, and will be subject to the maintenance conditions agreed upon with the respective manufacturers or distributors.
- Preventive Maintenance: system administration and operational management activities aimed to ensure up-to-date performance without increasing functionality, such as:
- Log files analysis and cleaning
- Backup verification
- System log file monitoring and failure detection
- Manual service operations in extraordinary conditions (for example, manually registering users). Perfective Maintenance: Development of software updates for proprietary software and installation of software updates for third-party software, including:
- Development and installation of technological improvements of GMV's software, proposed by GMV or the client
- Development and implementation of functionality improvements of GMV's software, proposed by GMV or the client
- Installation of new versions of third-party software at the client's request or if GMV determines that they will improve system functionality and performance.
