This solution allows the automation of those dynamic and repetitive aspects applicable to the Spanish Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and its security regulations. The solution combines the centralization of the operator’s corresponding logs with a control panel and report generator. Among the most significant aspects, we can emphasize user reassignment, registration and deregistration, modification of file records with personal data and the associated time, and stratification of the information of the corresponding data for the generation of monthly reports.
This solution is especially useful for large Telecommunications Operators with a large number of files and users, as it considerably reduces management costs and facilitates the identification of authentic security incidents related to the data subject to the Spanish Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and the Regulation of Security Measures. The solution can be adapted to fulfill the dynamic requirements established by the Spanish Law of Information Society Services (LSSI).
