The diversity and nature of services that are being incorporated to the Operators' portfolio of products require more sophisticated invoicing and collection mechanisms, which creates a greater probability that a weakness in the process may be abused in order to obtain free services. In this case, GMV has a solution that registers the users' changes in balance so that if the user does not have the necessary balance to use a service, this service will be deactivated. Similarly, when the user purchases more credit, the system will activate those services for which the user has a sufficient balance. Furthermore, the solution can report these activation/deactivation incidents to other systems for later processing.
