Given heterogeneity of the terminals that are connected to the network of a Telecommunications Operator, the knowledge of the characteristics and capacities of these terminals becomes essential to adapt the services that the Operators offer to the terminals of their clients. GMV has a solution starting with CDR (Call Datail Record) generated by the mediation systems to obtain IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) and it compares it with the last IMEI of the client in such a way that if it does not agree with the terminal, then it is updated with the new IMEI and it notifies the change to a group of end nodes.
