Repair Management deals with the activities related to system repair, with service conditions adapted to critical systems. A team from GMV Internet Global Solutions will be created; they will be familiar with the installation and configuration being supported, and will carry a mobile telephone at all times to immediately respond to possible failures, or in any case within the timeframe agreed upon by the client.
Service conditions depend on the level of failure, in accordance with the following:
- Critical: the system is out of service or does not respond
- Serious: basic functionality of the systems is affected
- Minor: poor operation of the system that does not affect its basic functionality
The client will have to provide GMV with a remote access line to its facilities so that the support team can remotely access the systems.
