GMV provides a unique combination of expertise in GNSS and development of operational facilities, that makes it possible to deliver turn-key operational systems implementing the highest GNSS processing technology.

Examples of these are the EGNOS Central Processing Facility (CPFPS), the Galileo Integrity Processing Facility (IPF), the Galileo Orbit Synchronization Processing Facility (OSPF) and the Galileo Flight Dynamics Facility (FDF).

GMV has performed the full development lifecycle for these facilities, including specification, design, safety and dependability analysis, SW development, HW procurement, integration, testing and validation.

For some of these facilities, the SW development has been performed according to the stringent RTCA/DO-178 standards, of wide application in aviation critical SW systems. The quality of GMV in operational SW development is internationally recognized, and the company was CMMI level 5 certified in 2010 (ref.; 14799).
