
GMV's Business Continuity division is comprised of a team of engineers dedicated exclusively to the support and maintenance of applications and infrastructures.
This support and maintenance service is not limited to those platforms developed and implemented by GMV but also services other platforms not developed or implemented by GMV. The Business Continuity division is also responsible for providing proprietary services and defining the technological platform used for their execution.
Such services can be provided remotely or on-site depending on client requirements. Incident tracking is performed through a specialized web-based tool that is available to those clients taking advantage of the GMV support services; this is also a means by which to guarantee the Contracted Level of Service.
