GMV has developed and implemented various Emergency Management systems applicable to emergency call centers (such as 911 in the US or 112 in Europe). These systems range from GIS platforms to communications servers, including management systems for mobile resources based on the Operating Management Tool (HEGEO), developed by GMV, which was conceived as a modular management platform for mobile resources in general, and centered in public service resources management, especially in safety and emergency situations (security forces, water and sewage emergencies, firefighting, emergency call platforms, etc.). These systems have several modules which complexity adapts to the needs of the user, with all kinds of customization and configuration options. They are primarily made up of a communications management module, a GIS module, a resource handling and fleet management module, and a historical and data operations module. The flexibility of this tool and its potential for integration with other systems (call management systems, commutation matrixes, etc) makes it ideal for emergency management. GMV also has extensive experience in the development of GIS platforms for these types of centers, based on ESRI environments, the "de facto" standard on the market. GMV applications are integrated with other management systems widely used in emergency centers such as SENECA or SITREM.
