Celtic Excellence Award 2008.The Celtic-Madeira project, developed by GMV together with other European firms and universities, has been has been awarded with a Celtic Excellende Award for its development and excellent performance.
Computing Awards for ICT initiativas. The weekly review Computing awards a prize to the Cadastre Directorate General for its GMV-developed Advanced Perimeter Security.
2007 Europe’s 500 Award. GMV has earned a place among Europe’s 500 champions of growth due to its outstanding growth and employment creation through a very challenging period.

National Safety and Emergencies Prize 2007. The Osmógrafo , a system to determine the olfactory range of sniffer dogs in K9 search and rescue teams, has won the Prize for the Best Safety, Emergencies and Road Safety Product in the Second National Security and Emergency Prize Awards.
Príncipe Felipe Prizes for Business Excellence 2006-2007. Palview, the web-based tracking services platform, has been nominated in the category “Technological Innovation, Major Companies” under the aegis of the “ Príncipe Felipe Business Excellence Prizes 2006-2007.
Super Sales 2006. Olga Ramírez GMV Soluciones Globales Internet S.A.’s Marketing and Communication Manager, has being awarded with the prize Super Sales 2006, granted by the magazine Actualidad Económica, rewarding the most successful Commercial Managers of the year.
eMobility Awards. Awarded to the GPS-technology application designed for the cattle industry and developed by GMV Systems in collaboration with the Universidad de Extremadura [Spain].
IST Awards. Two GMV’s products were nominated for the IST Awards: InsightMIST and Agrosat.
Center of Excellence in Orbital Mechanics. GMV is the only company recognized by the European Space Agency (ESA) as a Center of Excellence in Orbital Mechanics.
Academiae Dilecta 2004. Award granted by the Spanish Royal Academy of Engineering as recognition for "the commitment and the accomplishments of GMV Group in the development of new high technology and innovative solutions in the aerospace, telecommunications and intelligent transportation systems fields."
2004 Príncipe Felipe Award for Business Excellence. The GMV Group was awarded the second prize in the category of Technological Innovation.
2004 Afina Awards. SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group), has received awards from Stonesoft, ISS and Novell for its technological vision, proactive spirit and professionalism.
2004 SIC Awards. Within the category of Systems Integration and Maintenance Companies, SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) received an award "for being the first Spanish ITC Services company totally committed to IP security."
Trend Micro Award. In May of 2004, SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) received from Trend Micro an award for its excellent track record and for being one of its best integrators.
Authorised Channel Partner. SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) has been classified as an Authorised Channel Partner, 2002 Partner List with the Secure Computing company.
Microsoft Certified Partner. SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) is a “Microsoft Certified Partner," joining the worldwide network of Microsoft certified partners.
Enterprise Certification from Sun Microsystems.
DATACENTER Certification. SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) was the first company in Spain to obtain the DATACENTER accreditation granted by SUN Microsystems. This certification, obtained in February of 2002, recognizes dedication to the knowledge of SUN technology and the investment in "Network Computing" by resources of the company's group of experts. This accreditation qualifies the team of SGI professionals to offer Datacenter servers to the market in critical mission environments with high availability, network storage and associated services.
eWEEK Award. In February of 2001, the GMV participated for the first time in the eWEEK Awards, receiving the second prize as the best company in the area of Information and Telecommunications Technologies.
ADD Secure Award. SGI (a subsidiary of GMV Group) was awarded the ADD Secure Award in 2000.
